Paper Template

All papers must follow the official IEEE two-column conference paper format. Authors should use the official IEEE template available for LaTeX and Microsoft Word.

  • Maximum page limit: Initial paper limit is 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 10pt.
  • Margins: Standard IEEE conference margins.
  • Figures: High resolution (300+ DPI).
  • Paper size: US Letter (8.5" x 11").

Submission Steps

  1. Prepare your paper using the IEEE template.
  2. Convert the manuscript to PDF format.
  3. Ensure all fonts are embedded in the PDF.
  4. Submit through the official online submission system.
  5. Await reviewer notification according to the conference timeline.

Originality & Plagiarism

iConCISE 2027 follows strict IEEE plagiarism policies.

  • Similarity index must be below 20% overall
  • No more than 2% from a single source
  • Papers with self-plagiarism above threshold will be rejected
  • Use iThenticate or Turnitin for pre-check
  • All submissions will be verified using IEEE CrossCheck

After acceptance, submit your camera-ready paper

  • Address all reviewer comments thoroughly
  • Complete IEEE copyright transfer form
  • Ensure paper passes IEEE PDF eXpress validation
  • Author names should be fully disclosed in final version
  • Add IEEE Conference ID 73082 in the footer
